RETURN AND REFUND POLICY — CVPIDCLUB

At CVPidClub, all products are quality-checked before dispatch. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.
1. LEGAL RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
In accordance with Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 (TRLGDCU), consumers based in the European Union have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving their order, without needing to provide a reason.
To exercise this right, you must notify us within that 14-day window by emailing cvpidclub@gmail.com with your order number and a clear statement of your intention to return. We will not accept return requests made after this period under any circumstances.
2. CONDITIONS REQUIRED FOR RETURN ACCEPTANCE
A return will only be accepted if ALL of the following conditions are met without exception:
- The item is in its original, unaltered condition: unworn, unwashed, and free from any signs of use, perfume, stains, pet hair, or deodorant marks
- All original tags and labels are intact and correctly attached to the garment
- The item is returned in its original packaging or equivalent protective packaging
- The return request was submitted within the 14-day legal withdrawal period
- The item is accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email)
CVPidClub reserves the right to reject any return that does not fully comply with the above conditions and to return the item to the customer at their expense.
3. ITEMS EXCLUDED FROM THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The following items cannot be returned under any circumstances:
- Personalised or custom-made items
- Limited-edition or capsule-collection items explicitly marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase
- Items from sale or promotional periods explicitly marked as final sale
- Accessories such as caps, hats, and sunglasses that have been worn or show signs of use, for hygiene reasons
- Gift cards
4. RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
Return shipping costs are entirely the customer's responsibility. CVPidClub does not provide prepaid return labels except in cases of manufacturing defects or incorrect items sent by CVPidClub.
We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service. CVPidClub is not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit. Items that do not arrive at our facilities will not be refunded.
5. INSPECTION AND REFUND PROCESS
Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it within 5 business days. CVPidClub reserves the right to refuse a refund if the item does not meet the conditions set out in Section 2 upon inspection.
If the return is approved, the refund will be issued within 14 calendar days of approval, using the same payment method as the original purchase. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
CVPidClub will not issue refunds for items returned without prior authorisation or outside the established process.
6. DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If you receive a defective item or one that does not match your order, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing cvpidclub@gmail.com with your order number and clear photographs of the issue.
Defects reported after 48 hours may be assessed under the legal warranty (Section 7), but will not automatically qualify for express return or exchange.
CVPidClub will cover return shipping costs only in confirmed cases of manufacturing defect or dispatch error. We reserve the right to verify the reported defect before authorising any return or replacement.
7. LEGAL WARRANTY
Products are covered by the 3-year legal conformity guarantee under Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 for contracts entered into from 1 January 2022. This warranty covers manufacturing defects present at the time of delivery and does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage caused by improper use, washing contrary to care label instructions, or accidents
- Damage caused by the customer
To make a warranty claim, contact cvpidclub@gmail.com with your order number and photographs of the defect. CVPidClub will assess each case individually and may choose, at its sole discretion, to repair, replace, or refund the defective item.
8. EXCHANGES
CVPidClub does not offer direct product exchanges. If you wish to receive a different size or item, you must return the original item (subject to the conditions above) and place a new order independently.
