SHIPPING POLICY — CVPIDCLUB

1. ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are processed on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in Vigo, Spain). CVPidClub aims to process and dispatch orders within 2–5 business days of payment confirmation. During high-demand periods (new releases, limited drops, sales campaigns), processing times may be extended. CVPidClub will not be held liable for delays caused by exceptional demand.

Orders cannot be modified or cancelled once they have entered the processing or dispatch phase. If you wish to cancel an order, contact us immediately at cvpidclub@gmail.com. We cannot guarantee cancellation once processing has begun.

2. SHIPPING METHODS AND TIMEFRAMES

CVPidClub ships using third-party carriers. Estimated delivery timeframes are as follows and are indicative only — they are not guaranteed:

- Spain (Peninsula): 3–7 business days
- Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta & Melilla: 5–10 business days (additional customs fees may apply to Canary Islands, Ceuta & Melilla and are the customer's responsibility)
- European Union: 7–15 business days
- Rest of the world: 10–25 business days

Delivery timeframes begin from the moment the order is dispatched, not from the date of purchase. CVPidClub is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs authorities, adverse weather, strikes, or any other circumstances beyond our control.

3. SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight. These costs are non-refundable in all circumstances, including in cases of return or withdrawal, unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or dispatch error attributable to CVPidClub.

CVPidClub reserves the right to modify shipping rates at any time without prior notice.

4. TRACKING

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number (where available depending on the carrier and destination). It is the customer's responsibility to track their order and follow up with the carrier in the event of delays.

CVPidClub is not responsible for delays in tracking information updates, which depend on the carrier's own systems.

5. FAILED DELIVERY AND NON-COLLECTION

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to the customer's absence or failure to collect from a collection point within the carrier's stipulated timeframe, the package may be returned to CVPidClub. In such cases:

- Re-shipping costs will be charged to the customer before re-dispatch
- If the customer does not wish to receive re-dispatch, a refund will be issued for the product value only, deducting the original shipping cost and any return-to-sender fees incurred

CVPidClub is not responsible for failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. In such cases, any additional costs incurred will be borne by the customer.

6. LOST OR DAMAGED PARCELS

In the event that a parcel appears to be lost, the customer must notify CVPidClub at cvpidclub@gmail.com within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. Claims made after this period may not be eligible for resolution.

CVPidClub will open an investigation with the carrier. Resolution timescales depend on the carrier's own processes and are beyond CVPidClub's control. CVPidClub is not responsible for loss or damage caused by the carrier, though we will assist in the claims process where possible.

If a parcel arrives visibly damaged, the customer must note this with the delivery driver at the time of receipt and photograph the damage immediately. Damage claims submitted without evidence noted at delivery may not be accepted.

7. CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND TAXES

For deliveries outside the European Union, the customer is solely responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees levied by the destination country's authorities. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost and are entirely outside CVPidClub's control.

CVPidClub is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing. Refusal to pay customs duties resulting in the parcel being returned or destroyed does not entitle the customer to a refund.
